There is greater than 4 inches between the vertical members on fence in many spots, there is also more then 4 inches between the ground and bottom of fence. Latch on gate should be atleast 54 inches above the ground. Gate and fence must be in compliance with the .2528 (a) section of the revised pool rules that were effective May 1, 2010. This compliance must be done by 2011 operating season. (also brick on bldg. provides a step - block area).
