There are several areas of the fence where there is over 4 inches between the vertical members. There should not be anymore then 4" between vertical members. Due to the age of pool, fence should meet compliance but not mandatory.
There are several areas of the fence where there is 4 1/2 " between the vertical members. There should not be anymore then 4 inches. Due to the age of the pool, the pool is exempt from the requirement. Door to the pool deck from main office complex must be kept locked.
Current sign does not have the correct wording as required by .2530 of rules. Sign has been repaired during inspection to state "Children should not use the swimming pool without adult supervision"
Skimmer equalizers will need VGB compliant covers by 2010 season. Currently all equalizer lines are plugged in skimmer.

General Comments
Compliance with the VGB recieved from Troy White, PE. 7 1/2 HP pump in use. Pool closes at 9, dusk. Call if going to allow night swimming so light requirements for deck can be measured.
