Antojitos Chabelita and Taqueria Dona Tere both had pans of cooked meat in fridge with no date label. All potentially hazardous foods should be date labeled once they have been prepped, cooked, or the package is opened. Must be used within 7 days and then should should be discarded.PIC stated the last time both trucks were here was Thursday of last week and so if the food was made that day then it needs to be used by 5/24. PIC is calling and talking with units about this issue.
