8. The urn was not covered and filled with tea that had a fly floating in the tea. Tea was poured out and remade. Keep all foods covered so that flies and other pests do no contaminate the food. 1.5

11. Interior ceiling of ice machine has mold growing inside, dish machine is not sanitizing. No one started cleaning ice machine and I`m waiting for them to set up the dish machine.
