At beginning of inspection, floats that are required above contrasting color band at shallow break point were not in place. By end of inspection, deep end was properly partitioned off with float line on top of contrasting color band. Facility is requesting clarification, as to when it is appropriate to not have floats at shallow break point. Specifically, if lanes are set up for normal activities and go into deep end, can floats be eliminated at the shallow break point. State staff will be requested to vist.

Body hood screws are rusty, replace them. Permit issued.
Pool only had 1 body hook at start of the inspection. Pool is over 3000sq ft. Pool must have 2 units of lifesaving equipment at all times. -2 body hooks and 2 ring buoys -OR- 2 body hooks and 2 lifeguards -OR-2 body hooks and 1 ring buoy and 1 lifeguard.

Call when stairs are repaired before allowing to use in pool. Pool has 3 main drains with a VAC Alert. VAC Alert could not be proven operational but is not required.
Cyanuric acid needs recording once a week. Inside pool does not need to check for cyanuric acid, because there is not outside weather conditions entering the pool.
