The doors from the office to the pool were not self closing from a short distance. All doors to the pool must self close and self latch. Doors were adjusted at inspection to self close/self latch.

Window in gym onto pool deck had a broken window stopper. it was repaired by placing a wood piece to stop it from opening more than 4 inches. Door from building was not self-latching door was adjusted. All windows from building cannot open more than 4 inches. All doors must be self closing and self latching.

Written records: Keep daily main drains checks, daily pH and chlorine levels. Keep weekly cyanuric acid levels, total alkalinity levels. Annual Permit issued: Pool is subject to 2 inspections per year. If pool is closed to all guest then there must be a sign posted stating "Pool closed". When pool & pool deck is open for use it must meet all of the .2500 rules.
