B. One water fountain in the front lobby did not have enough pressure to make the water coming out of the fountain is above the mouth piece. The water pressure should be strong enough that when a person places there mouth to the get water their face does not touch the spout.

A few areas of the carpets are in need of extraction cleaning. Extraction cleaning generally occurs in July. Ceiling tiles in the computer lab have water spot staining. Check for any water leaks and replace ceiling tiles when they are damaged.

Carpet has staining in need of extraction cleaning. Carpets are set to be cleaned in early July. Walls in the classrooms have areas that need touch up paint. A few ceiling tiles have stains from past HVAC water leaks. Repair any water leaks and replace damaged/stained tiles.

Several ceiling tiles are stained with old water drips in a couple rooms. Leak has been repaired. Recommend changing tiles so that it is easy to see if leak reappears.
