Any pest control sprays must be labeled for use in commercial establishments and must indicate such on the label that they are safe for use in restaurants. Household sprays such as raid are not labeled for use in restaurants. Sticky strips are allowed but may not be hung over any areas that for food prep, contain clean dishes utensils or single use articles.
