Use a fresh water container or faucet to supply water to flow for at least 15 seconds. While permanently affixed operable handsinks are unavailable it is recommended that food items are plated at the parent location before being transported to the facility in individual portions to limit all food handling at the school.
All food is prepared at the parent facility and placed on time control at the point of removal from cooking there. All records are maintained with the food items during transport and delivery.
