Inlet on wall by the pool steps is missing the part inside that makes the flow adjustable. Replace with a complete return cover that has the 'eyeball' to make them adjustable. The autofill line in pool does not have a grate and is just an open hole. Install a safety grate into this hole (picture drawn).

Pole on the body hook has been replaced with a 16' telescoping pole. A screw was added to limit the movement. However, the pole is not a 12' solid pole and can be adjusted. Provide a 12 foot pole solid (non-telescoping, non-adjustable) pole tot he body hook.

*Daily written records are being kept as required. However not always by the trained/certified operator. A permit to operate will not be issued in 2024 unless there is a person on duty at the location daily that is certified.*
All items resulting in the Intent to Suspend have been repaired. Intent Lifted
When replacing the body hook, it must be a solid 12' or longer in length. The current pole has a weak spot that might bend -It was not bent during inspection and was solid.

Chlorine in pool when first checked was below 0ppm. After employee added granular chlorine to the pool the chlorine was then 5ppm. Any public swimming pool must have at least 1ppm chlorine.

Two ring buoys with ropes were out on pool deck. One ring buoy was in bad repair, with a good rope. Second ring buoy was good but the rope was too short. Maintenance took the good ring buoy attached it to the rope that was cut to 18` long.

Chlorine tabs were placed skimmer baskets. Maintenance removed during inspection. The automatic feeding system is set up for salt, not chlorine. You have 30 days to start using salt or switch automatic feeder to a chlorine feeder. Will be back on February 14th, 2020 to verify change.
