Return visit to test vac alert system for the single drain pool System worked properly. Ft stickers replaced in 9 ft end of the pool. The number 3 in the 3 ft section was replaced in two area where one was missing and one was torn on the pool wall.
Ft. stickers coming off inside of pool at 9 ft. marker. 3 is partially off the inside of the pool near the ladder. Number 3 sticker is completely off the inside of the pol at the opposite ladder in the 3 ft section. Intent to suspend permit issued.

If lifeguard goes off duty anytime during pool operation and adults are allowed to swim, the another ring buoy w/ rope shall be provided. Lifeguards cannot go off duty until another buoy is provided.
