flow meter is reading 140 gpm which exceeds the maximum capability of the pump. water is dripping from the top of the flow meter. replace flow meter. a rate of flow indicator shall be installed in a filtered water line located so that the rate of circulation is indicated. flow meter does not appear to be reading accurately. replace within 30 days of date of inspection.
