The acid feeder does not stop feeding acid when the motor to the circulation system is turned off, it continues to feed.

Motor has been replaced since the last inspection by an electrician. The motor replacement and bonding has not been signed off by building inspections. Contact them for a permit and inspection. Once they pass and sign off, then contact for a reinspection for permitting. Pool permit suspended - pool/spa closed sign posted. Have staff monitor to make sure no one enters or uses the spa!
Spa timer is allowing the jets to run for a time period over 15 minutes (spa timed 2 different times). Repair by 12-8-19 so the jets cut off at 15 minutes maximum.

Equalizer lines in the skimmers have been plugged. VGB compliant equalizer covers that are properly sized to handle the gpm flow must be installed by April 1st, and lines unplugged.
