Floors in both hallway classrooms are in need of general cleaning. Repair any missing broken tiles in the older sections of the gym bathrooms. Repair/seal large holes in walls in storage closet areas behind the utility sink in the 6th grade hall, hole in the wall in the bathroom stall of the female bathroom in the gym area, and paint any areas that have missing/chipped paint. One bathroom tile in the 6th grade female restroom has lost its painted coating surface. Monitor the gym roof around the edges where the wall meets the roof for any signs of roof leaks.

Add an aerator to the middle sink in the 7th grade boys restroom to reduce splash and water spilling on the floor. Add a screw on type vacuum breaker to the faucet end of the utility sink faucet in the storage/mop room on the 6th grade hall to protect the water supply from back siphonage. Mobile units were not inspected as they are set to be removed and are not being used for classrooms.

Replace worn/torn carpet as needed. Some window sills have paint that is peeling, lead paint may be under this top coat due to age of building. DO NOT scrape, just make sure to keep all paint intact so that it does not peel. As boards on sidewalk at mobile classrooms come up, make sure they are secured.
