4-501.114; Priority; At beginning of inspection, there was no sanitizer mixed and available. Sanitizer was found, and it was not mixed properly and was too strong and bleaching the strip out. Sanitizer was remixed and is now mixed properly. Always keep sanitizer mixed 50-100ppm. CDI
