70% alcohol available in a bottle with make up pads to use as the germicidal solution on the skin before starting the tattoo process. Suggest individual packaged alcohol pads at 70% (alcohol prep pads).

Due to the area to be tattooed, a dressing cannot be applied. Artist will use an ointment such as A&D to cover the area upon completion.
