If there is adult swim during breaks: 1. then a sign with 4 inch letters stating "WARNING NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY" is required. 1. Ropes to ring buoy must be 48 feet long. Permit is being issued.
Mesh size should be 2 1/4" on fence, current size is too large. Areas below fence are greater than 4". Gate must be self-closing or self-latching or have gate attandant.
