2-301.14; Priority; At beginning of inspection, food handler was not in mobile food unit. Once inspection started, he came into unit and did not wash hands prior to putting on gloves. Hands must always be washed prior to putting on gloves or at anytime hands may have been contaminated. CDI education.

5-103.11; Priority Foundation; At beginning of inspection, gas was turned off to instant water heater. Gas was turned on and water heater is working and is suppling hot water above 110 deg F. Water heater is leaking when it is in use. It appears that it froze and internally is leaking. Replace or repair water heater so it does not leak. Repair by March 21st, 2024. VR
