Have this unit serviced and checked for proper function. Do not store any TS foods in the unit until it is able to hold foods at 41F or below. All TCS foods must be held at 41F or below during cold holding. Ham was removed to the walk in at inspection as the ham had been in this cooler for less than 4 hours. CDI
