When the DPD Reagents are added to the pool water test kit, the initial color indicates over 10ppm then it immediately turns clear. This indicates that there is an extreme amount of chlorine in the pool water. Since the actual level of free chlorine cannot be measured pool is closed.

Deck space was obstructed. Indoor pools required to have 5 ft. of unobstructed space on the pool deck. Chairs were moved during the inspection to meet the 5 ft. requirement.

Rope on ring buoy was less than 1/4 inch thick and too long. Rope must be a minimum of 1/4 inch thick and 1 and a half times the width of pool (or 50 feet which ever is the shortest measurement). Rope was replaced.
