4-601.11(B) and (C); Core; General cleaning is needed to remove food debris and build up: tops and sides of equipment, storage cabinets and shelving in front and grill area, tops and area above the grills, beverage area, inside coolers and cooler drawers. The ice cream machine constantly leaks ice cream base onto the tray and overflow onto floor. This needs to be repaired so ice cream is contained and not leaking or splattering. Clean and organize the area by the dish machine and storage area.
