Foods that go on home delivery must maintain 135 degrees or above until delivered or be on TILT agreement. Do not pack home delivery boxes until foods are ready to be delivered. Hot pads are being used to help maintain temp, but depending on length of routes the food may come out of temperature. Any foods that go out for home delivery must be discarded if coming back to facility. Total time out for delivery cannot exceed 2 hours. I will contact Joyce Holloman so we can fill out a TILT agreement for all centers.

CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION Cold hold foods must stay 45 f or lower at all times. These foods were out of temp and were not used. Director went to get more food from restaurant so these out of temp foods would not be served! Foods discarded and not used

GENERAL COMMENT; CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION According to log sheet foods were received above 45 f when they were left. Hot foods must be received at or above 135 f and cold foods 45 f or lower. If foods are out of temp, reject shipment/delivery! Have back up plan ready so if foods are delivered out of temp foods can be rejected!
