The dumpsters needs to be emptied at a frequency that will not allow them to overflow, or provide another dumpster to handle the volume. Maintain the dumpster pad to prevent trash bags from being placed or stored on the ground, all trash must go inside the dumpster. Area needs to be cleaned and better maintained.
