Some carpets have stains. Clean carpets good where necessary. One area of the hallway there is damaged floors tiles. Repair tiles where necessary. Address any roof leakage and replace water damaged ceiling tiles. Some leakage may be occurring due to HVAC.
Carpets are in need of extraction cleaning and there are some areas of carpet rippling in some rooms. The tile at the junction of the ramp to the gym hall has damage from past water damage.
Carpets in many classrooms very stained with heavy build up. Suggest extraction cleaning thorughout the year to prevent a build up. Repair the water damaged ceiling tiles in media center. Repair damaged carpet on 'stage' in the media center.
