3-501.18; Priority; Ranch date bottle with date of 9/1, noodles in reachin cooler with date of 8/31, wings in prep cooler with no date label. PIC stated noodles and ranch the dates were incorrect just had not been updated and that the wings were cooked today just forgot date label. All potentially hazardous foods should be date labeled once they have been prepped, cooked or the package is opened. Can be held for 7 days then should be discarded. Make sure to keep date labels up to date. CDI PIC updated date labels.
