8. 2-301.12; Priority; Back hand sink did not have soap or paper towels in the front hand sink dish soap was being used with napkins. Did not observe any employee wash their hands during the inspection. Did see one employee place gloves on but did not see any hand washing. All employees must wash their hands with before placing gloves on, after handling money and when returning from the restrooms. 2.0
