Mobile units have ceiling and wall damage in need of repair. Carpet is also in bad repair in the mobile units. Ramps to the units have broken/missing boards that need to be replaced. Carpet throughout school is heavily stained and torn in multiple classes. If stains cannot be removed by extraction cleaning it is suggested that these carpets be replaced. Walls at the bathrooms are dingy at the contact areas where hands touch before entering the restrooms. All ceiling tiles were in great shape with no staining or water leaks visible.
Repair any roof leaks and replace any water damaged ceiling tiles. A few broken tiles need to be repaired in the bathrooms. Clean all carpet stains; replace if they cannot be cleaned.
Replace all ceiling tiles that are stained from water leaks so that it can be seen that leaks are repaired. Some tiles look like there may be mold growth and others look to be just stained. Repair areas below windows in classrooms that are in poor repair from old water leaks. Repair or replace carpets as needed that get torn/worn.
Water fountains through out the school did not have enough of pressure where children are touching the fountain. The water pressure should be where the water is above the spout of the fountain.
Water fountain nozzles have a pink build up on them, clean often to remove and prevent.

Many storage rooms on halls and closets in classrooms have boxes, books and large items stored on floor. All items need to be stored to permit easy cleaning and prevent pest harborage areas. There should be a minimum of 15 inches clear space below bottom shelf and floor to allow cleaning. Cleaning is needed in the cabinets below classroom sinks.
