200 hall missing ceiling tiles. Stated had a big leak last week of school and the leak has been repaired but are waiting for the tiles to replace the ones that had to be removed. A few ceiling tiles with water stains throughout. Replace tiles that are water stained.
Pressure is low on some water fountains. Adjust pressure to that water extends above the mouthpiece on the fountain.

Carpets are heavily stained in numerous areas of hallways and classrooms. Clean carpets or replace carpets if they are stained or worn beyond cleaning. Room 213 appears to have a water leak coming through the wall leaving a trail of water stain on the carpet. This issue needs to be repaired.
The drinking fountains throughout have a build up of mold on the spouts. Before school resumes thoroughly clean the spouts to remove any mold buildup.

Girls bathroom mobile unit has one toilet that is running continuously. Walls between stalls are heavily damaged exposing wood underneath. Seal these areas to prevent any moisture being absorbed. The faucet on the last sink needs repair as it is loose from the base.

General Comments
Mobile restroom that was in poor repair was replaced.
In the mobile unit restroom, wall board is damaged and ceiling tiles are water stained. Floors around toilets are dirty. Wall board behind boys toilets was bubbling and chipping. The HVAC grate on wall between boys and girls restrooms was severely damaged allowing the boys to see directly into the girls restroom. The toilet seats are stained and unable to be cleaned. Suggest replacement. All damaged areas need to be repaired.

Carpets in ALL hallways, gymnasium and ALL classrooms are extremely stained and worn. Room 207 has a stale musty/moldy odor. All carpets need to be extraction cleaned. If unable to remove the heavy staining then replacement is recommended. On the D hall, wall corners and bottom portion of walls have damaged spots that need to be repaired. In the mobile units: walls are damaged and wall paper peeling. In unit 11, duct tape is being used to hold an electric box to wall and cover hole in wall. Any door on the mobile units that does not securely close needs to be repaired (daylight seen through doors). Ceilings are showing water damage and have chipping paint. Better maintenance needs to be done on the outside units.
