Severe crack in the floor outside of the gym and art room. Crack is approximately 75 feet long and has expanded since last years school inspection. Cracks were also observed in the walls of the gym and the art room. Floor has started to crack in the art room since last years inspection. Carpets in some of the rooms have stains that need cleaning. Carpet seam in room #213 needs to be repaired.
