Throughout the facility there were twelve toilet seats that had 'burn marks' on them and in bad repair. Replace all toilet seats that are damaged. Boys restroom on freshmen hall had stained and dirty ceiling tiles and walls. In the old gym boys restroom, the baseboard has cracked and missing tiles.

In the custodial closets, hot and cold running water should be supplied at all mop sinks and can washes. Provide a method to hand mops above the sink for air drying and draining. The can wash in the freshman hall has a damaged drainpipe. When water is allowed to drain it leaks into the classroom below. Repair the drainpipe immediately so custodians in the hallway have a place to empty and clean mops/mop buckets, etc.

Many classrooms had flaking paint on walls or damaged spots to the walls. All classrooms need to have the walls cleaned to remove spills, stains, etc. and repainted. Ceiling tiles in many of the classrooms and hallways have water stains and possible mold/mildew growth. The roof leaks need to be repaired and all damaged ceiling tiles need to be replaced. Many classrooms had damaged or missing areas of the floor tile. Stair ways are very dirty with dirt, trash and dust build up. The band room ceiling has a heavy dust build up around the HVAC ceiling returns. Replace the missing floor tiles in the band booster storage room and repair the refrigerator where leaking water onto the floor. All classrooms had cobwebs and dust build up in corners and around furniture. All damaged areas to the floor, wall and ceiling need to be repaired and cleaned. The electrical wire race in many classrooms have a heavy dust build up on them that needs to be cleaned more often to prevent.

In the JV Boys old locked room, a shower is leaking water and there is a large amount of a green (algae) build up on the floor. Repair the water leak and clean the build up immediately. Repair all damaged baseboards in the locker rooms. The football locker rooms have an awful odor from the lack of cleaning of equipment. Any item that can be washed, needs to be immediately laundered. Any surface that can not be laundered needs to be disinfected before being used by students. Both the old and new weight rooms have equipment that is in bad repair. All units have torn vinyl covers, exposed wood or duct tape to hold units together. For infection control purposes and for easy cleaning, all damaged vinyl needs to be replaced and paint/seal the exposed wood.
