General Comments
One weir is floating in the skimmer. Monitor and replace during season if it does not stay in place. Issuance of a permit by this department does not negate closure required by Executive Order 120 or subsequent orders in effect unless such orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable order. No night swimming until night evaluation is conducted.

There was no chlorine at the beginning of the inspection. CPO added chemicals to pool so 5ppm chlorine was at the end of the inspection.

The fan is working in the chemical room with a vent in the door between the chemical room and pump room. It is recommended to repair fan in the pump room.
Main drain covers "aquastars" were in poor repair. Several of the half moons were broken off and several were bent over. Replace grates with cover that flows the correct amount of water.
