Grade 4-5 bathrooms. Three toilet seats in the girls restroom are in bad repair. Two toilet seats in the boys restroom are in bad repair. Replace these toilet seats. Grade 2-3 bathroom - One urinal in the boys restroom will not work.

Carpet in the media center is worn and starting to buckle. Bad stain on this carpet near the front. Recommend replacing this carpet. Clean stains off of the carpets in a number of rooms checked. Crack in the corner wall in room D221. Entire carpet in room E402 is wet from water that ran over from the sink. Dry as quickly as possible. Carpet already smells musty. A lot of the water has been extracted and fans are being used to dry the carpet. Recommend the use of a dehumidifier to quickly remove the moisture from the carpet. Classroom next to E402 also was partially wet.

A lot of classrooms have toxic chemicals stored out in the open so children have access to the chemicals and aerosols. These products should be locked and not out on the counter tops at the hand sinks.
