Keep all foods properly protected in storage by covering and do not prepare foods at the dishsink. In the walkin cooler, water is dripping from both seams of the entire length of the ceiling. In the walkin freezer, water is dripping from copper piping below the ventilation unit and freezing to boxes of food below.
