At the start of inspection the middle of the splashpad around drain grate had pooled water. If the features are not on, all water must be drained from the splashpad to remove all water and prevent accumulation. Water is not overflowing to the ground on deck around it. Overflow line should remove the excess water from the storms/rain. Operator will check.
Liquid acid/ chlorine feeders were showing "no flo". All pumps and motors must be functioning and chlorine delivered via an approved feeding system. hand feeding of chemicals is not allowed.

Pool permit denied. neither the circulation or feature pumps/motors were operable. All replacement of motors or removal of ground wires requires a building/electrical inspection.

permit will not be issued until pump/motors are functioning and building inspection has approved. Call to reschedule. Most other items were not evaluated due to no circulation.
